8-hour Live Onsite Instructor 2-year Certification with Booklet
Tactical Functional Training® (TFT) Program is a mobility and fitness training system designed for use by academy instructors and police agencies. The TFT onsite training will certify individuals in the delivery of the TFT mobility and fitness program.
TFT provides access to an extensive library of short videos covering nutrition, fitness insights from veteran police officers, and mobility movements.
